UK Mainland Delivery
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
**PLEASE NOTE due to increased order volumes, deliveries may take up to 14 working days to allow for our manufacturing process. If you select next day delivery, we will despatch once the goods have been manufactured, not from date of order, subject to availability. If necessary we suggest you ring the office for an accurate delivery date**
All deliveries are next day from date of dispatch via DPD Local.
Orders under £250 delivery is £8.50
Free delivery for orders over the value of £250
Postcodes not included in mainland are HS, IM, IV,KA ,PA ,PH ,PO30 – PO41, ZE
Highlands and Islands Delivery 2 to 4 days
Postcodes HS, IM, IV, PA, PH, PO30 - PO41, ZE Delivery is £18.50
Guernsey and Jersey £23.00 up to 10Kg, +91p per Kg after that.
BT postcodes for Northern Ireland, and Ireland are charged at cost, around £21.00 per carton.

VAT is charged on delivery.
If you have reason to wish to return product to us, please call us on 01672 564333, contact us via the Chat line or email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Returns Reference. Please have your order reference available to quote.
Colour rendition on screens can vary considerably. Where a precise shade is important, it is recommended that customers request a sample to confirm that the material meets the requirements.
If material is unused, in complete cartons we will refund the cost of the material if it is returned to us, within 7 working days. The return delivery/collection is at the customers cost. If GiftPackaging are required to assist in arranging the collection of surplus product, the cost will be passed to the customer.
If returns are required as a result of a faulty or damaged consignment, the cost of replacement will be borne by GiftPackaging.co.uk. The delivery paperwork should be signed as received damaged. An image of damaged packaging is required on arrival at the customer’s premises, so it can be established where the damage has occurred in the supply process. Let us know within 48 hours.
